Join us next year in one or both of our beautiful retreat locations in Mallorca, Spain and Dubrovnik, Croatia. This will be Lash Boss Retreats third year running, and like past years, each retreat offers space to refine your vision, share strategy with like-minded leaders, and unwind in a stunning, inspiring setting.
Mallorca, Spain

Set against the laid-back beauty of the Mediterranean, our Mallorca retreat blends relaxation with intentional business growth. Mornings are spent in lash workshops by Dani Saqri of Lashed by Dani and Lashbox LA + Jess Dowd, founder of LV Lash and Brow & Lead Educator of The Lash Ritual while afternoons invite rest, deep conversation, or a swim in the sea. It’s the perfect balance of clarity, connection, and calm. We will explore the island by boat, enjoy slow meals with incredible food and conversation, and have plenty of time to soak up the sun on this retreat!
Dubrovnik, Croatia

Overlooking the Adriatic and steeped in history, the Dubrovnik retreat is an intimate space to expand your vision and refine your skills with workshops from Trina Dial of Maven Artistry + Paul and Tussanee Luebbers of Lashcast and Lashcon. You’ll spend your days with meaningful conversations, mindset shifts, and aligned planning with plenty of room to explore, reflect, and enjoy the coast. We will sail the coast of Croatia, share meals that celebrate local flavor, and have plenty of time to explore this incredible city on this retreat!
